Pre-Order Shipping
Our current collection is available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your piece before it becomes available for general shipment.
As we prepare this first release of the relaunched Jillian Sherry collection, shipping dates are not yet finalized. We’ll keep you updated by email as your order moves through production and will send tracking information as soon as it is on its way.
Please note that payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Shipping
Once our collection is in stock, orders will typically be prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary once a package is in the carrier’s possession.
Returns
We hope you love your Jillian Sherry pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and protective liners attached. For hygiene reasons, panties and other intimate bottoms that have been tried on without the protective liner in place cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final sale items, personalized or custom pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
